Cancellation Policy
No refunds or credit will be given or carried over for any
program of European Elite Hockey. No refunds will be
given if the player is unable to attend for any reason. We
must be informed 10 days prior to the start of camp. If we
are able to substitute your child’s spot with that of another
player, European Elite Hockey will refund the enrollment minus
a $50.00 administration fee. There are no discounts in fees
for late arrivals or early departures. Once the camp has begun,
our refund policy for players injured during a clinic is on
a case by case basis. European Elite Hockey School retains
the right to terminate the stay of any student when it is
deemed to be in the best interest of either the player or
European Elite Hockey.
Liability Waiver
The applicant acknowledges that ice skating and hockey involves
inherent risk of injury and the applicant agrees that European
Elite Hockey, Martin Mally and associates including the rink
and/or its proprietors, assistant coaches and staff will not
be held responsible for any accident or loss, however caused,
and agrees to release all mentioned above from all damages
which may arise from any such accident. European Elite Hockey
reserves the right to use any pictures or likeness taken during
the school for advertising, instructional or promotional purposes.
European Elite Hockey also reserves the right to cancel any
session due to lack of enrollment or any unforeseen conditions.
In this case, player is entitles to a full refund.
